Gearing up for CAJE 33
Posted by Joel H. on August 6, 2008
We’re gearing up for CAJE 33!
Fifteen-hundred people, hundreds of sessions, thousands of handouts, 18,000 evalutation forms, 30 walkie-talkies, a slew of workstations and laptops, 8 golf carts, and 1 dromedary. (You only see the dromedary if you drive up Vermont Route 22a. It’s not on campus.) All to get ready for CAJE 33.
I arrived in Burlington on Monday, and the massive preparations have been going exceedingly well. The weather is great (and the views from campus are outstanding). The people are friendly and helpful. The buildings are new and welcoming. The food is delicious. All that’s missing is you.

Great Keynote address. I enjoyed your approach. Would love to see you work this topic with high school students.

Thank you. I’m delighted that you enjoyed it. I haven’t tried the material with high-school students yet, but my 6th-grade history curriculum is based around it.

Thanks for an AMAZING Caje. It was inspiring, educational and fun. I learned a lot and am excited to return to share new ideas with my teachers and students.

Lady Godiva was the wife of Leofric, the Earl of Mercia.
All of them have the softness of curtains since they are fabric, but the
ease and privacy of blinds. This means exactly what it says and the shutter
cannot be folded back from the window cavity.
